Love For Australia - Terms & Conditions

LOVE FOR AUSTRALIA is committed to providing our service free of charge, however in return, we ask for an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE. 

We are a private, self-funded charity, not receiving any financial support from the Government, so we kindly ask that you do not take advantage of this free service by taking more than you can consume. 

• Please be considerate when shopping at the Love For Australia store. 

• Do not take more than 10 different items per visit because Love For Australia supports many other families who are also doing it tough. 

• Fruit, vegetables and bread are not included in the 10 item limit.

• Please bring your own shopping bags if you can.

• There is a limit of 50 shopping visits per household IN TOTAL (not per year).

• Each family or household can come and shop once a week.

• If you are not feeling well and have flu symptoms, please reschedule your visit.

• Only support & case workers with a registered agency are able to take items on behalf of their clients. Customers cannot take 10 items for themselves and 10 items for a friend that is not physically present at the shop.

• Photo Identification must be presented upon first visit (which clearly shows FULL NAME and RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS).

LOVE FOR AUSTRALIA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not compliant with our charity’s terms and conditions.
